All suits, probates, adoptions, judicial commitments, bills of indictment and bills of information and other criminal matters are filed and recorded by the Clerk. These are processed by the issuing appropriate service instruments (citations, rules, subpoenas, etc.). The Clerk must also maintain the minutes from civil and criminal court proceedings.
